- Safety First: Never drive a car that could be unsafe due to damages.
- Inspection Choice: Some insurance companies may ask you to visit a drive-in claims center. You can do this, or you may leave your car at our shop and ask the insurance company to inspect it here.
- One Estimate: You are not required by law to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal.
- Your Choice: You have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you to use a particular shop.
- Estimate Differences: Lower estimates may not include all necessary work. If you are unsure why estimates differ, please ask us.
- Quality Standards: Choose a shop with proper unibody equipment and certified technicians.
- Parts & Warranty: Ask if the shop uses genuine manufacturer replacement parts and if they offer a lifetime warranty.
